ABOUT

Michael Ahmad is a San Francisco–based electronic dance pop artist and founder of VNTY Collective LLC. A gay Palestinian voice working across pop and electronic music, he creates emotionally volatile yet deliberate soundscapes that transform personal rupture into collective catharsis.

Blending synth-driven dance production with flashes of rap, alternative, and glam rock, his music explores diaspora, masculinity, grief, and reinvention. His songs live in the tension between euphoria and collapse — club music built not purely for escape, but for confrontation.

His new album Call of the Void traces a cycle of dissolution and rebirth, confronting the loss of parents, the end of marriage, and identity shifts. The record frames collapse as initiation.

Operating independently, Ahmad represents part of a growing movement of SWANA and queer artists expanding the emotional and political scope of pop music.
